Above all, resist outsourcing meaning. The tragedy of this era isn't that AI is too powerful, but that we'll let it answer questions humans must answer themselves: what is worth doing, whose trust deserves betting your reputation on, what is worth standing for. Mass Intelligence is a giant mirror. Thriving means looking into it and refusing to be merely the cleverest thing in the room — choosing instead to be the thing that stands for something.
